Ty Lacroix

I am a Broker with Sutton Group Preferred Realty Inc., Brokerage. A real estate brokerage in London Ontariowith two offices to serve you and 20 plus years serving London and area.

I lead a team called The Envelope Real Estate Group and I believe you do not want to hear blah blahstuff about awards, designations, or that I sell a gazillion homes a year, are the reincarnation of Mother Teresa, walk on water or anything else to impress you.

Success leaves clues!

We work for you, and do not quit until we help you get what you want! This website and content is for you. Itwas designed and is constantly upgraded with the latest real estate trends, how-to’s and what is for sale on MLS.

We are not for everybody, nor can we please everybody, nor do we tell people what they want to hear; I know that may be old-fashioned and perhaps in this era of me-tooism, deservism and impersonal artificial intelligence (an oxymoron), calls on hold for hours or people being busy looking after their busyness that expectations may be jaded!
