Prior to joining the Neighbourhood DLC team in 2009, Brad launched his mortgage brokering career with HLC Homes Loans Canada in 2002 and quickly became a top performer. Brad credits much of his success on his ability to focus on client database management, and his dedication to networking with realtors, financial planners, local business groups, colleagues, friends and family.
Prior to becoming a mortgage professional, Brad learned the value of honing his customer service skills while managing several retail stores throughout Canada – including overseeing Moore’s Clothing for numerous years in the London area.
Brad’s mandate is to provide a stress free mortgage experience to his clients, by educating and ensuring the best mortgage product is chosen to meet the needs of his customer, not the lender. Born and raised in a Real Estate Family, I found out at a very young age that true success depends on client satisfaction. My Papa who founded a real estate brokerage has always been my role model. Following in his footsteps from umpiring, to refereeing, to accounting to real estate, I strive on a daily basis to keep growing and learning to be an honourable and trusted professional.
Outside of work, I am a huge sports fan and enjoy the outdoors. I have been involved in hockey my whole life playing at the AAA and competitive levels. To keep my love for the game I still play recreational hockey and referee whenever I can. I have been refereeing since the age of 13, currently at a high level and will continue to certify on a yearly basis.
I value continuing education and training and aspire to utilize the strong mentoring program through Neighbourhood Dominion Lending Centres. I strive to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, rules and regulations and ongoing changes in the industry.
My main objective is to learn about each of my client’s needs and tailor a solution that works best for them.
