Recently, my partner and I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Joy Paul and Team Beckett to find and purchase our house. It took us 2 months and approximately 25 walk throughs to find our perfect home. The team were amazingly supportive and had the utmost patience with us, constantly giving us reassurance that the right house would come along, however discouraged we became. Scott Rumas is a fantastic agent! He is very friendly, understanding and helpful, and he helped me purchase my first house even though I didn’t know much about what I was doing. He is honest and upfront about what he thinks of the places you see, and he is very flexible in the times he is able to see places with you.
